Roscoe is an accidental rule-breaker who gets a pair of brand-new sneakers that have built-in walkie-talkies. His best friend, Gus, wants a pair too, but his parents won’t let him buy them until his old sneakers are completely worn out. Knowing that Roscoe is exceptionally good at destroying things, Gus enlists his help to ruin his old shoes.
