1. 1. For members on the 5-books/month plan, all books will be delivered at once. Members on other plans will receive their books in two deliveries on a biweekly schedule.
   2. Members on a monthly plan are kindly requested to retain borrowed books for one month. If the books are retained for more than a month, the membership will be renewed for the next month, and the corresponding fee will be applied.
   3.  In case of book damage, a charge of 5% to 10% of the book’s cost may be applied, depending on the extent of the damage.
