Deliah and the dogspell

Delilah is a huge, fluffy, golden-eyed cat with magical abilities, notably a “dogspell” that can shrink dogs. When local dogs begin shrinking and facing trouble, a girl named Annie steps in to help. In doing so, Annie helps defend the dogs while also assisting Delilah in rediscovering her purr.
