When Gary’s parents write from Rome to say that they have re-married, Gary is initially stunned – then ecstatic. But his neatly-woven dreams of going to watch Leicester City football matches with his dad are soon crushed by his parent’s own plans namely, to have another baby. As a baby brother or sister would be Gary’s worst nightmare, Gary turns to his friend, Robert, to help him out.
Gary and Robert embark on a series of hilarious plans in order to put Gary’s parents off wanting a new baby, including inviting a schoolfriend with a particulary loud baby brother over for tea.
